How to Order?

Select the collection you wish to order and then click ADD TO SHOPPING BASKET. This will direct you to our shopping basket page :

 1.  Your Shopping Basket  

Here you will see a list of collection you have selected along with quantity information. On this page, you are able to change quantity or remove a product from your shopping basket. If you want to browse or purchase other collection before finalizing your order, click I STILL WANT TO SHOP. If you are already done with what you have in your shopping basket and ready to make an order, click I’M DONE & READY TO ORDER.

 2.  Your Account Details  

To proceed your shopping order, we will require you to SIGN IN. If you are not a member yet, you can also SIGN UP from this page. When you have signed up or signed in, your contact details will show automatically. Click CONTINUE.

 3.  Confirm Order  

A summary of your order and contact details will appear. Kindly review once again and read our disclaimer. If you agree, click the I AGREE box and click MAKE ORDER. A confirmation email will directly be sent to your email account.

Return Policy?

Returns can be made ONLY if the goods are damaged – communicated to us no longer than 2 days after goods have arrived at your side. If this happens, please contact us.

Goods must be returned new. Returns that are exchanges due to dislikes on product, color or style after reception of goods, or dirty will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Can I Customize the Order?

Our designer accepts making customized goods. For the same design we will charge you 15% additional fee from original price. If you have request for special design you can contact us for more details.

How is the sizing?

Malca only produce all-size measurement for pre-made goods. Our size fits common medium size for female, with approximate measurement as follows:

Bust 84 - 88 cm
Waist 68 - 72 cm
Hip 92 – 96 cm
